Contact OgilvieGems

Speak to us about your custom piece.

Quotes, consultations, diamonds, gemstones, collections and client support.

Answer first: the easiest way to reach OgilvieGems is by WhatsApp, phone or email. For custom jewellery, the most efficient starting point is usually our custom quote process so we can understand your design, budget and timeline clearly.

Our team may not always answer immediately because we are often in the workshop, preparing quotes, reviewing CAD designs, servicing existing clients, sourcing stones, assisting collections or working through active custom jewellery projects.

Your message matters to us. If we do not respond instantly, it usually means we are focused on giving proper attention to the clients and pieces already in process.

If we do not answer immediately.

We are not ignoring you. We may be in the workshop, reviewing stone options, checking CAD designs, preparing detailed quotes, assisting existing clients, managing collections, handling servicing work or helping another client through a meaningful custom jewellery moment.

Fine jewellery takes focus. Custom pieces require careful communication. We would rather reply properly than rush a vague answer.

For the smoothest start, send your design idea, budget, preferred metal, timeline and any reference images through the custom quote process.

Our Locations

OgilvieGems operates through a structured appointment-based model rather than a traditional walk-in jewellery store.

This helps protect client privacy, workshop security, production workflow and the quality of attention given to each custom commission.

Admin Residential Office

Located in Kempton Park.

Used for selected admin, private consultation support and client communication where appropriate by appointment.

International Gem Import & Export

OR Tambo access.

Used in connection with gemstone and diamond sourcing, imports, exports and supplier-linked logistics where applicable.

Workshop & Refinery

Centurion / Pretoria.

Used for manufacturing, stone setting, servicing, finishing, quality control and selected scheduled collections or appointments.

Appointment Basis Only

We work by appointment, consultation and scheduled collection only.

We do not operate as a normal walk-in retail jewellery store. This allows every client experience to remain calmer, safer, more private and more focused.

For workshop access, collection procedures and security protocols, please review our consultation page before arranging an appointment.

The Best Way To Start

For A New Custom Piece

Start with the custom quote process. Send the design direction, budget, metal preference, stone preference and any reference image you love most.

This helps us guide you properly before any formal appointment is needed.

Request A Custom Quote

For A Consultation

Book a consultation if you need deeper design discussion, gemstone guidance, custom process support or appointment-based guidance before moving forward.

Most projects still begin virtually because CAD approval and quote preparation create clearer direction before production.

Book A Consultation

For Warranty Or Servicing

Use the warranty and certification page if you need to register a warranty, register a claim, understand cover, submit images or read care and servicing requirements.
