In-Person Consultation & Workshop Access Policy

As our team is actively engaged in hands-on manufacturing, we are able to accommodate only a limited number of in-person consultations each week. To ensure a seamless and considered experience, all in-person consultations are available exclusively after an initial virtual consultation has been completed.

In-person consultations are held once weekly at our private residence office in Kempton Park, on a dedicated consultation day and strictly by appointment.

Our Centurion workshop is not open for consultations and is reserved exclusively for:

  • Collection of completed pieces
  • Servicing of existing client items

No design meetings or consultation appointments are conducted at the workshop.In-Person Consults can be scheduled after an initial virtual consult has been completed. Following a major security incident where an individual posed as a potential client and endangered our staff, we now only allow collection of completed items and servicing of existing clients. We do not offer in-person consultations without having gone through a virtual consult.

Workshop Access & Collection Protocol

To maintain a secure and controlled environment, all workshop collections are subject to prior arrangement and verification. This includes:

  • Pre-scheduled collection appointment
  • Prior receipt of the collecting vehicle’s image
  • Confirmation of licence plate number
  • Declaration of the number of vehicle occupants
  • Presentation of a valid driver’s licence or government-issued ID upon arrival

The workshop operates a dual-gate access system, ensuring controlled entry and exit. Upon arrival, clients will proceed through the first gate, which closes before access is granted through the second. Standard security screening is conducted prior to entry.

This considered approach allows us to protect our team, manage our production workflow with precision, and ensure that every client interaction—virtual or in person—receives the time, care, and attention it deserves.
